Thank you for your interest in doing business with SHA. On an ongoing basis, SHA is required to solicit open and fair competition for a wide variety of services including: legal, audit, architectural & engineering, construction, landscaping, painting, etc. SHA depends on vendors and contractors to provide essential services to our residents and to carry out our mission. We truly appreciate our vendors and always welcome new vendors who wish to compete for contracts.
SHA has begun to utilize an on-line procurement system that was designed for our national trade group. Please go to this site to register so that you will automatically be notified of when SHA issues requests for proposals, bids or qualifications. The link to this site is:
Once there, you will see in the lower left hand column the words “Sign-up Now: As a Vendor.”
Click on the word “As a Vendor” and you will be taken to the supplier sign-up page. Under number 3, you will see “To register online, click here.”
You will then go to a page to create an account and then please follow the instructions.
